About Anna
Pelvic Health, Orthopedic and Perinatal Physical Therapist
My work as a physical therapist is rooted in helping people feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies.
I specialize in pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapy, supporting individuals through some of the most physically and emotionally significant seasons of life, and with some of the most private or sensitive concerns.
My main areas of focus are in pelvic pain, and pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
Whatever your concern is, my goal is to restore function, reduce fear, and help you reconnect with your body with clarity and resilience.
Through mobile and telehealth services in Minneapolis, Minnesota, I provide personalized care that supports both healing and growth during times of change.
