Who I Help

At Resilience Physical Therapy, I work with women and people of all genders who want to feel steady, informed, and at home in their bodies — during pelvic pain, pregnancy, after birth, and navigating postpartum recovery.
You might be experiencing pelvic pain or symptoms that still feel uncertain or unresolved, even after seeking medical care.
You might be preparing for birth.
You might be adjusting to postpartum changes.
My approach looks beyond surface symptoms to understand what’s contributing underneath — including muscles, movement patterns, pelvic organs, hormones, and nervous system responses. From there, we move thoughtfully and at a pace that feels manageable.
You may benefit from pelvic health physical therapy if you’re experiencing:
-
Pain with tampons, sex, or pelvic exams
-
Disruptive or significant menstrual pain
-
Urinary or bowel leakage, constipation, or urgency
-
Low back, hip, or abdominal pain during pregnancy or postpartum
-
Core weakness, abdominal separation, or feelings of instability
-
Pelvic bulging or pressure during exercise, daily activities or intimacy
-
Pain, hesitation, or uncertainty around movement and returning to exercise
-
A desire to prepare your body for pregnancy, birth, or postpartum recovery
You don’t have to wait until things feel severe or chronic to seek support.
Curiosity, uncertainty, or a desire for clarity are enough.
If you’re wanting to better understand your body and feel more at ease in it, you’re in the right place.
Care is personalized, evidence-based, and centered on safe, collaborative physical therapy treatment — emphasizing movement, coordination, nervous system support, and lifestyle foundations and referral support.
My Approach to Pelvic Health Care
Pelvic pain, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery are deeply personal experiences.
My role is to support you in your health and wellness goals.
We start by easing into a comprehensive assessment of your concerns- taking care to work efficiently yet unrushed.
Care focuses on:
Understanding Contributing Factors
Identifying the patterns influencing pain, tension, instability, or postpartum recovery — without oversimplifying or overcomplicating.
Restoring Coordination and Resilience
Supporting the pelvic floor, core, hips, and spine so they work together with steadiness and efficiency.
Supporting the Nervous System
Reducing guarding and reactivity so your body can shift and move smoothly.
Building Sustainable Strength and Management
Helping you return to daily life, exercise, intimacy, and movement with confidence and clarity.
Every session is one-on-one and paced collaboratively. The goal is not temporary relief alone, but meaningful progress that feels steady and sustainable.
Pelvic health physical therapy sessions are offered through mobile, in-home visits and secure telehealth for clients in Minneapolis, Minnesota and the surrounding area — making care flexible, private, and integrated into your real life.
